Five is a contemporary Georgian town house located in Steine Gardens, the same seafront square as Colson House. Five is within the gay scene but not billed as an gay hotel. Five offers a great mix of rooms and is one of the only guest houses that can claim to have reasonably good sea views. Steine Gardens is one of the smaller elegant seafront squares and well appointed for easy access to the gay scene that surrounds it. The Sussex breakfast is particularly impressive as they try to bring in as much local produce as possible.
